Alpha Compact alternators are optimized for continuous high power output in energy storage applications. In combination with our Alpha Pro charge controllers, a complete and powerful charging solution is created. The alternators are suitable for charging all battery types, including Lithium Ion.
The automotive version offers many advantages. Many manufacturers offer a preparation for a second alternator, better known as a PTO (Power Take Off) option. This allows you to quickly and easily expand the system with a second alternator. In addition, the standard alternator can be replaced by the Alpha Compact, which gives you a powerful 3-step charging function and MasterBus connection.
The powerful ready-made solution
Compared to traditional alternators, the Alpha Compact offers lower weight, smaller dimensions and lower fuel consumption. The open construction and double internal fans make this possible. The integrated temperature sensor regulates the operating temperature.
Models
The Alpha Compact series consists of 7 models in 12 V and 24 V. The models with the addition “VP” fit perfectly on Volvo Penta engines. Finding a suitable alternator for a specific application can be quite a challenge. Please contact Mastervolt, we are happy to help you.
Accessories
The Alpha Compact 14/200 and the Alpha Compact VP models are equipped with a multi-groove pulley as standard. Mastervolt offers a range of multi-groove pulleys for the remaining models.
